    È specializzata in Diritto degli scambi transnazionali (Università di Torino 1997).
    Ha iniziato la carriera professionale in uno studio boutique fondato da un eminente professore di diritto del commercio internazionale, dove è diventata partner e che ha lasciato dopo più di 20 anni per fondare lo studio Elexi con altri soci e collaboratori.
    La sua esperienza si è sviluppata nei contratti commerciali soprattutto internazionali (vendita, distribuzione, acquisizioni, M&A) e nel contenzioso, in particolare arbitrale. È nominata arbitro da colleghe/i o da istituzioni in contenziosi ad hoc o amministrati, nazionali o internazionali. 
    Da aprile 2021 è componente del Council dell’ICC Institute.
    Fa parte di: Consiglio AIA, ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, Giunta della Camera Arbitrale del Piemonte, Advosory Board di ArbIt (Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR), Consiglio della Corte Nazionale Arbitrale dell’UNCC.
    È stata presidente del comitato International Commerce, Trade, Franchising and Product Law Section di IBA International Bar Association. 
    È docente nel LLM International Trade Law dell’International Trading Center ILO – Nazioni Unite.
    È autrice di diversi scritti.

    Cristina Martinetti is a member of the Turin Bar and is admitted to representing parties in front of the Italian Supreme Court.
    She is specialized in International Trade law (Turin University 1997).
    She begun her professional career in a boutique law firm founded by an eminent professor of international trade law, where she became a partner. After more than twenty years she left the firm and, together with other partners and associates, founded Elexi. 
    Her practice focuses primarily on national and international commercial contracts (sale, distribution, acquisition and M&A), litigation and arbitration. She has been appointed as an arbitrator by colleagues and arbitral institutions in both national and international ad hoc and institutional arbitration.
    Since April 2021 she is a member of the Council of the ICC Institute.
    She is also a member of the AIA Council, the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the administration panel of the Piedmont Chamber of Arbitration, the Advisory Board of ArbIt (Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR), the Council of the National Arbitration Court of the UNCC.
    She has also been president of the International Commerce, Trade, Franchising and Product Law Committee of the IBA (International Bar Association.)
    She teaches at the LLM International Trade law of the International Training Centre of the ILO (United Nations) and she has authored several publications.
