Angelo Anglani ha trentennale esperienza nei contenziosi transnazionali e domestici. È molto attivo anche nel campo dell’arbitrato, sia internazionale che domestico, sia in arbitrati ad hoc che in base ai regolamenti delle più accreditate istituzioni domestiche ed internazionali (sia in qualità di avvocato di parte che di arbitro). Ha conseguito il titolo di mediatore nel 2011 (ex D.M. 180/2010, nella versione all’epoca vigente) ed ha assistito clienti internazionali in mediazioni svoltesi in Italia. Avvocato dal 1990 e cassazionista dal 2003, ha rappresentato clienti anche innanzi alla Corte Costituzionale ed alla Corte Europea di Giustizia.
Oltre ad essere membro del consiglio direttivo dell’Associazione Italiana Arbitrato, è membro dell’I.B.A. – International Bar Association (“Immediate Past Chair” del “Litigation Committee”, oltre che membro dei Committee di Arbitration e Mediation), past-chair e fra i fondatori di “ArbIt – the Italian Forum on Arbitration and ADR” e membro AIGE – Associazione Italiana Giuristi Europei. È inoltre membro dell’Appointing Authority presso la CEAC (Chinese European Arbitration Centre).
Autore di pubblicazioni e articoli, partecipa regolarmente come relatore o moderatore a conferenze e seminari, spesso in ambito internazionale. Svolge lezioni in materia di contenzioso, arbitrato e altri mezzi di risoluzione delle controversie, in ambito domestico e internazionale, anche in master di specializzazione post-universitari.

Angelo Anglani has a thirty-year experience in transnational and domestic litigation. He is also very active in the field of arbitration, both international and domestic, both in ad hoc arbitrations and under the rules of the most accredited domestic and international institutions (both as counsel for the parties and as arbitrator). He obtained the qualification of mediator in 2011 (in compliance with D.M. 180/2010, in the version at that time in force) and has assisted international clients in mediations held in Italy. Admitted to the bar since 1990 and before the Supreme Court since 2003, he has also represented clients before the Italian Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice.
In addition to being a member of the board of Associazione Italiana Arbitrato, he is a member of IBA – International Bar Association (“Immediate Past Chair” of the “Litigation Committee”, as well as a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committees), past-chair and one of the founders of “ArbIt – the Italian Forum on Arbitration and ADR” and a member of AIGE – Associazione Italiana Giuristi Europei. He is also a member of the Appointing Authority at CEAC (Chinese European Arbitration Centre).
Author of publications and articles, he regularly participates as a speaker or moderator at conferences and seminars, often at international level. He lectures on litigation, arbitration and other means of dispute resolution, in domestic and international contexts, also in post-graduate specialization masters.
