AIA is honoured to announce the upcoming presentation of the volume Arbitration as Balanced Administration of Justice: Essays in Honor of Piero Bernardini, edited by Massimo Benedettelli, Antonio Crivellaro, Andrea Carlevaris, and Maria Beatrice Deli.
The volume brings together a series of insightful contributions from friends and colleagues, celebrating Professor Piero Bernardini’s remarkable impact on international commercial and investment arbitration.
The presentation will take place during the opening of the AIA Annual Conference, a fitting recognition of Piero Bernardini’s significant contributions to AIA, where he served as President from 2010 to 2017.
Now in its 14th edition, the 2024 Annual Conference will once again be hosted, on 6 December, at the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei in Rome, as inaugurated by Piero in 2011.
