12th Edition of the Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration

The Certificate is organized by Università degli Studi Roma Tre and Associazione Italiana per l’Arbitrato – AIA, in partnership with Camera Arbitrale di Milano and UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, under the auspices of the Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration, and with the support of ArbIt Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Chiomenti, Chaffetz Lindsey LLP and MCL Arbitration.
