Jacopo Monaci Naldini è iscritto all’Ordine degli Avvocati di Firenze dal 2000. Si occupa di contratti e contenzioso internazionale. Ricopre con regolarità il ruolo di counsel o arbitro in arbitrati ad hoc e amministrati. Laureato con lode con una tesi sul riconoscimento ed esecuzione delle sentenze arbitrali straniere, ha ottenuto un LL.M alla University College of London in International Business Law, seguendo un corso sull’arbitrato commerciale tenuto dal Prof. Julian Lew. Partecipa con continuità a lezioni, conferenze e seminari in tema di arbitrato. Fellow del Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) ed iscritto alla Approved Faculty List dello stesso istituto. Dal 2021 al 2024 è stato Chairman della European Branch del Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. È rappresentante per la Toscana della Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti. Ha ricoperto il ruolo di Co-Chair per ArbIt (Italian Forum for International Arbitration and ADR). È membro della Society of Construction Law, (SCL) Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA).

Jacopo Monaci Naldini is admitted to the Florence Bar Association since 2000. He deals with contracts and international litigation. He regularly acts as counsel or arbitrator in ad hoc and administered arbitrations. He graduated cum laude with a thesis on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and obtained an LL.M from University College of London in International Business Law, taking a course on commercial arbitration taught by Prof. Julian Lew. He continuously participates in lectures, conferences and seminars on arbitration. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and enrolled on the Chartered Institute’s Approved Faculty List. From 2021 to 2024 he was Chairman of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is the Tuscany representative of the Italian Chamber of International Lawyers. He has served as Co-Chair for ArbIt (Italian Forum for International Arbitration and ADR). He is a member of the Society of Construction Law, (SCL) Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA).
