Dopo il grande successo riscosso a Roma nel 2022, la seconda edizione dell’Italian Arbitration Day – IAD si terrà a Milano, il 4 luglio 2023, sempre organizzato congiuntamente da AIA e Camera Arbitrale di Milano-CAM.

Il tema di quest’anno è

Fairness in International Arbitration

I relatori discuteranno la rilevanza del concetto di “fairness” per l’arbitrato internazionale da un punto di vista procedurale e sostanziale e i suoi rapporti con nozioni altrettanto fondamentali, quali quelle di giustizia ed equità.

I partecipanti avranno l’opportunità di intervenire, condividendo esperienze ed opinioni su questo principio centrale dell’arbitrato internazionale.

After a most successful “prima” in Rome in 2022, the second Italian Arbitration Day-IAD will be held in Milan, the city of “La Scala”, on 4 July 2023, always jointly organized by AIA and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration-CAM.

The theme chosen for this year is

Fairness in International Arbitration

Stellar international practitioners will discuss the procedural and substantive implications of this pervasive concept and its relationship with equally fundamental notions, such as justice and equity.

Participants will be invited to contribute the discussion with ideas, experiences, anecdotes and “war stories” on the foundational principle of a legitimate dispute resolution process.
